Virtual Therapy Practice
The space where you finally exhale.
Warm, judgment-free virtual therapy for the exhausted and the overwhelmed. A real conversation, not an examination.

Sometimes life feels like one long cycle of taking care of everyone else while quietly falling apart behind the scenes.
You're managing work, relationships, parenting, family expectations, and somehow still expected to drink water, heal your inner child, answer emails, and keep a positive attitude.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, emotionally drained, or simply tired of carrying so much on your own, therapy can be a space where you finally exhale.

The Approach
Connection over analysis.
Jazmin Graham, LCSW-S
I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation, not like you're being analyzed under a microscope. I provide a warm, supportive, judgment-free virtual space where you can show up exactly as you are: messy thoughts, complicated feelings, dark humor, overthinking, people-pleasing tendencies and all.
Together, we'll explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward healthier ways of coping, healing, and moving forward.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand how thoughts influence emotions and behaviors, but I also believe healing happens through connection, honesty, self-awareness, and feeling genuinely seen.

Who I work with
Someone ready to be honest with themselves, even if they're scared, skeptical, or emotionally exhausted.
You do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Most people don't. If you're ready to stop surviving and start intentionally caring for yourself too, I'd be honored to support you in that process.
Frequent Questions
Before we begin.
We meet via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You just need a quiet space, an internet connection, and a willingness to show up, even on the messy days.
Yes, I accept insurance. I'll verify your benefits before our first session so you know what to expect.
No pressure to perform. We'll talk about what's been weighing on you, what brought you here, and what you hope feels different. You don't need a polished story.
It depends entirely on you. Some clients come for a few months to work through something specific; others stay longer for ongoing support. We'll check in often about what's working.
That's more than okay. You don't have to know the right words, the right diagnosis, or what you want to fix. Showing up is the whole first step.
Ready to stop surviving and start caring for yourself too?
It would be an honor to support you.
